Amanda's journey began in 2002 as a server at a small Italian restaurant. Wanting to become an event planner, she moved into the banquet department of a five-star hotel in 2005 training staff, Liaison events, and learning hospitality from the ground up.

Founded in 2010 producing weddings and family celebrations, Your Community Event shifted direction in 2022 when a local honey company approached Amanda about a Bee Fare Festival and the company's community-first mission was born.
